Shipping Policy

At Coieh, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Many of our jerseys are made or prepared specifically for each order, so please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing & Production Time

  • Standard Orders: 1–3 business days
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Jerseys: 4–6 business days

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • 48 Contiguous U.S. States: 8–12 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Other Remote Areas: 20-25 business days

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing/Production Time + Shipping Time

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be added to your order and sent to you when available.

Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. It can take several business days for the carrier to process the package and display the first update.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at qianwenwudi@gmail.com with your order number. and we’ll be happy to check the shipment for you.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery delays.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact qianwenwudi@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to carrier routing, customs processing, severe weather, peak shipping periods, or delivery to remote locations.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote areas, please allow additional transit time beyond our standard U.S. delivery estimate.

If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact qianwenwudi@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate the shipment.
